Hi, I'm Chenchen.

Avid hiker, cinephile, problem solver, cat lover, avid runner, systems thinker, long-walk enthusiast, puzzle solver, clear communicator.

I'm a Product Designer and AI Engineer with a background in psychology, and that background still shapes how I work more than anything else. Before I care about how something looks, I care about why people do what they do — what they actually need, where their trust breaks down, what makes a system feel safe versus confusing.

Right now, I'm designing and building AI-powered tools at Cognizant. Before that, I worked on a data platform, an analytics dashboard, and a finance app. Different problems, but the same core job every time: understand the person on the other side of the screen well enough to make something complicated feel manageable.

Outside of work, I watch a lot of movies, spend a lot of time with my cats, and try to get outside and hike when I can. I'm genuinely curious about people — how they think, what they're actually trying to do, what gets in their way — and that curiosity is really the throughline between psychology and design for me.
